Star Entertainment is seeking a seasoned Tour Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team. You will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our global film music concerts and cultural events.

Founded in 1999, Star Entertainment is a global production company operating in film, live entertainment, culture, and philanthropy. Our notable contributions include investment in films like Shaft and Mission Impossible II, collaborations with Richard Curtis and Oscar-winning talents, and Václav Havel’s recognition of Letter to Anna about the murdered Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya.
In the cultural sphere, Star Entertainment has been involved in prestigious projects like Bob Geldof’s Live 8, the creation of The Wall Museum in Berlin, and exhibitions with Ai Weiwei. We’ve organized concerts featuring world-class performances from Sting, Liza Minelli, Bryan Adams, Anna Netrebko, and Lang Lang. Our film orchestra performances have featured the works of Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, and Hans Zimmer.
In philanthropy, we have been producing the annual Cinema for Peace Gala since 2002, as well as Sports for Peace initiatives with Muhammad Ali and Nelson Mandela. We also spearheaded Help Haiti Home for Sean Penn, helping raise over 50 million USD for charitable causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tour Planning: Organize and schedule concerts, book venues, and coordinate travel and accommodations for artists and crew.
- Financial Management: Prepare and oversee tour budgets, including expenses for travel, accommodations, meals, and salaries. Handle daily accounting and manage concert revenue.
- Logistical Coordination: Oversee the transport of equipment, coordinate with venues for technical needs, and manage soundcheck schedules.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the tour team, including technicians, musicians, and drivers, ensuring all parties are updated on schedules and changes.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between artists, concert promoters, venues, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in live entertainment production.
- Strong skills in collaborating with venues and handling travel arrangements for high-profile celebrities.
- Experience in contracting vendors and managing staffing, from venues and AV equipment to catering and talent.
- Proven project management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the music, film, sport, or theater industry.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
